Obama’s fundamental change

I find it amazing as B. Hussein Obama speaks of a necessity of fundamental change to our 200 Year Old Government and hope for the future.

As a supposed ‘Constitutional Scholar and Professor’ B. Hussein Obama seems to have missed the three, count them THREE methods that our Brilliant Founders included within the ‘Framework’ of our Constitution to deal with the changes which the future (to Our Founders) might require.

Let me first remind the reader that the basis and fundamental aspects of These United States of America are:

We are a Representative Republic.

We have a Constitution duly adapted thru convention and adopted by these United States of America.

Let us begin with The Constitution itself:
Article Five of the United States Constitution describes the process whereby the Constitution may be altered.

Then of course there is:
The 1st Amendment to The Constitution in The Bill of Rights.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;
(we are all familiar with these, But what about the following?)

and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
(as distasteful as it may seem in todays world, this is a right to get together with like minds and ‘lobby’ the government to influence ‘grievances, disagreements with policy’.

None of these methods consider our popularity in Europe, Asia or anywhere else.
Neither do they require an Opinion rendered by The New York Times, Hollywood or Hugo Chavez.

This young Quisling is presented as ‘Constitutional Law Professor’, but he seems to hate The Constitution as written and wishes to alter the Fundamentals of our Nation without using the provisions built into The Constitution.
