Roberts – 0Care

Did The Republican Controlled House of Representatives miss the signal in 2012.
Robert’s decision on Obama Care said that the only way PPACA was Constitutional was if it was a Tax.

The Obama Administration says it is NOT a Tax. To me this means the Obama Administration knows that PPACA is Unconstitutional and doesn’t care.
Further I would add that Robert’s Decision that PPACA must be a Tax to be Constitutional put the ball in the court of The House of Representatives since the United States Constitution requires all revenue-related bills to originate in the House.
If Speaker John Boehner and The House had taken the cue and Challenged the Unconstitutional Taxation written by the President. The Senate version of which was rammed through The House in a 100% Partisan vote is it possible that PPACA could have been voided in 2012?
